1. Download and install XAMPP

Get XAMPP here

2. Create Project Folders

3. Make your first page and pay close attention to what's going on

4. Look at a bunch of other "apps¹" - think deeply - brainstorm what yours is going to be

5. Go to jQueryMobile and see what you can actually build by simply copy/pasting the examples
